Edit: I’ve gotten tons of emails from people- this is what I think you should do:
1. Continue to let your voice be heard on the WebHostingTalk forum
2. Please politely Call CWIE and ask is there ANYTHING we can do? Just to turn it back on for 6 hours even (also, I think this might put pressure on the negotiations)
3. If you have any more information or contact information, please leave it in the comments as the WebHostingTalk forum is heavily filtered

I was emailed by someone who is “in the know” with Myriad/EMC -
Basically the email said, they purchase their colocation, Datacenter/Upstream from CWIE aka Cavecreek (Links: http://www.linkedin.com/companies/cwie & http://www.cavecreek.com/
The reason we went down was simple it said, EMC/Myriad didn’t pay a bill(s). So, I google them, called and spoke to a Gary, who was really nice- explained that he CANNOT verify officially, but he said “you know the situation”. Also, he verified that he CANNOT touch our/EMC data, that is against their SLA and the law.
Supposedly erik and mike are working with the billing department to resolve this- hopefully they will resolve it soon. Being in my own business, I know times are tough and things get hard, so Mike/Erik, please let us know if there is anything we can do, we just need access to our data, please!
